What if I accidentally purchased the wrong size?
We do not offer refunds for customers who have purchased the wrong size. If you contact us, in some cases we may offer you a credit or an exchange, which you can use either in store or online. Please note - for hygiene reasons, there is strictly no refund, exchange or credit notes for change of mind on earrings, bodysuits or swimwear.

What if I do not like what I have purchased?
Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for changes of mind. For more information you can read our returns policy online.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
No promotions, sale offers or sale items will be eligible for a refund. However, you can exchange it for something else in store or a credit note. There are no returns or exchanges for Online and In Store Gift Cards.
I am unsure of exactly what size I am, what should I do?
If you are unsure of your size for any particular label, you can contact us via email or phone to discuss sizes. If you are able to visit us in store we are always happy to spend time with our customers to find the best fit.
Can I purchase products online and pick them up in store?
Yes, at the checkout, you can opt for in store pickup. Click and collect option is available.
