What if I accidentally purchased the wrong size?
We do not offer refunds for customers who have purchased the wrong size. If you contact us, in some cases we may offer you a credit which you can use either in store or online.
What if I do not like what I have purchased?
Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for changes of mind. For more information you can read our returns policy online.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
No promotions, sale offers or sale items will be eligible for refund, exchange and credit notes. There are no returns or exchanges for Online and In Store Gift Cards.
I am unsure of exactly what size I am, what should I do?
If you are unsure of your size for any particular label, you can contact us via email or phone to discuss sizes. If you are able to visit us in store we are always happy to spend time with our customers to find the best fit.
Can I purchase products online and pick them up in store?
Yes, at the checkout, you can opt for in store pickup.
