Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all tags, labels and receipts attached.
No promotions, sale offers or sale items will be eligible for refund. Eligibility for exchange and credit notes only.
There are no returns or exchanges for Online and In Store Gift Cards.
Refunds will only be applicable in the case of items being faulty. There is no refund offered for change of mind. For change of mind, we are happy to exchange or grant credit notes. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your items via post to: 17 Rose Street, Essendon Victoria AU 3040. It is the responsibility of the customer to post items to this address and incur any included costs. If local, you are welcome to deliver the item in-store yourself.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping of all items are sent via Australia Post. All postage costs and delivery times are quoted via Australia Post. Intrigue on Rose is not responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost during transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other Delivery carrier. It is not our responsibility for any delays that may occur to a parcel due to the fault of Australia Post during transit.
Shipping for Intrigue Lifestyle items may be arranged upon contacting the store. Shipping for homewares is based off weight and measurements. Therefore the cost of shipping will be calculated according to the item and then you will be contacted following this. Otherwise, click and collect is available for any item within the Intrigue Lifestyle range.
